Spring Ball at Ljung Castle on the 30th of May

Welcome to an early summer ball in 18th‑century style at beautiful Ljung Castle. Feel the wings of history and enjoy the magical atmosphere in the English park by the shores of the Motala River. A place chosen by Count Axel von Fersen the Elder for his new, modern Gustavian country estate. For what is a ball at the castle – if not absolutely, utterly wonderful. Period dress is warmly encouraged!

The evening begins with a welcome toast, after which the musicians strike up for dancing, led by Roland Kjellström with the baroque ensemble HIP and dance master Anna Löfgren. During the evening there will be entertainment, dinner with wine/beer/non-alcoholic beverages, as well as a sweet treat to round off the night.
