Grate the peel of three lemons on sugar, then add the juice of said lemons
and put it into a pot/casserole with six eggs and half a pound of sugar.
Gradually add one litre of wine, while beating it with a whisk on the fire, until it cooks and rises to the edge of the pot.
Pour it into chocolate cups and serve warm.
